About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager based in Singapore to support business relationships with international consumer and lifestyle brands. The role is suited to commercially minded professionals who understand brand businesses, cross-border relationship development, and how new market opportunities can evolve into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brand opportunities.
• Develop relationships with founders, executives, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Support early-stage commercial discussions and new business opportunities.
• Identify potential China-market and cross-border growth opportunities.
• Support discussions involving market development and category expansion.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential brand relationships.
• Provide insights into Singapore and regional commercial environments.
• Support selected international brand-growth projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working across multiple markets is valued.
• Professional English communication skills are required.
