About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Full-Stack Developer to join our team and support the design, development, enhancement, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and reliable business applications.

You will work across both backend and frontend development, building Python-based applications, modern web interfaces, REST APIs, database integrations, and enterprise system integrations. You will also collaborate closely with business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support full-stack web applications.

Develop backend services, business logic, and REST APIs using Python frameworks.

Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern web technologies.

Translate business requirements into technical designs, development plans, and effort estimates.

Implement application security, access controls, authentication, authorization, and error handling.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

Support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver project requirements.

Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer and handover.

Follow established architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, source-control, and development standards.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

7+ years of relevant software development experience, with strong full-stack development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Strong frontend development experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong experience in REST API development, API integration, authentication, and authorization.

Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Experience with software architecture, coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of secure coding practices, OWASP principles, vulnerability remediation, and application security.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment, and environment management.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
