Kerja Sepenuh Masa DISPATCH SUPERVISOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,700 di EUROFIN MEDISCAN LABORATORIES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

1. Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met to minimize negative impacts on a business.

2. To supervise the dispatch riders daily activities and to lead a group of dispatch riders.

3. To ensure all reports and documents are sent to the correct customer daily without delay by the dispatch riders.

4. To ensure all dispatch riders follow the process and procedures that are required to be followed daily.

5. To ensure all supporting documents are printed and filed in a proper manner.

6. Handles routine works as a dispatch to send material requested to clinic, collect samples from clinics and deliver reports to clinics within agreeable timeframe.

7. Monitor, maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel or whoever who actively involved in a logistics activity.

8. Other duties as assigned by senior management.

9. Perform multitasking procedures.

About you

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in supervising a team of dispatch riders or logistics team.
• Experience in supervising a logistics team is preferred
• Basic knowledge and practical experience in filing and preparing documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
• Strong and responsible team leader who can effectively manage.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
