What The Role Is

You support the planning and implementation of new and ongoing initiatives and projects across recruitment, programme administration, engagement and outreach. You will also support in areas such as recruitment and programme coordination, event planning and execution, management, analysis and review of programme/engagement process and data, as well as development of dashboards and reports.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support new and ongoing initiatives and projects across recruitment, programme administration, engagement and outreach
• Support recruitment coordination, including candidate pipeline tracking, interview coordination and related administration
• Plan and execute engagement activities and events related to the new initiatives
• Support the development of processes, databases and Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage and analyse programme and engagement data, and support the development of dashboards and reports
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to assigned initiatives
• Work with the Branding & Communications Intern on selected events and initiatives, including publicity, participant engagement and post-event content
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly organised and people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Education in Business Administration, Human Resource or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable managing data and maintaining trackers
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, reliable and proactive
• An interest in HR, talent development or public sector work is a advantageous
  
  Period: December 2026, extendable and open for discussion. We are looking for interns who are able to commit to a minimum of 6 months and are open to taking a Leave of Absence.
