Key responsibilities
Validate financial controls and balances
Ensure uninterrupted cash flow, payments, payroll, tax, banking and financing operations
Own monthly close and consolidated management accounts
Manage budgets, rolling forecasts and cash-flow forecasting
Prepare CEO/Board reporting
Lead the finance workstream for the proposed RTO
Coordinate with sponsor, advisers, auditors and legal teams
Manage transaction timetable, due diligence and financial disclosures
Prepare and validate historical/pro forma financials and forecasts
Establish SGX-ready reporting, financial policies and internal controls
About you
Current or recent CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director or Group Financial Controller experience
Preferably within an SGX-listed environment
Experience with Catalist/small-cap/newly listed companies
Hands-on ownership of financial close, external reporting, SGX announcements and audits
Board/Audit Committee support experience
Experience with RTO, IPO or major corporate transactions preferred
Proven experience in fund-raising, bank negotiations and working-capital/trade facilities
Experience with debt or equity financing and covenant management
Strong understanding of Singapore financial reporting, audit, tax/GST and internal controls
Understanding of listed-company governance requirements
