Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management or a related field.
• Candidates with a business administration or administrative background are preferred.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets and online systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Processing Intern to support documentation and administrative processes for shipping company clients. This role is suitable for students interested in administration, shipping operations and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection and checking of candidates’ documents.
• Organise, rename and maintain candidate files and records.
• Update processing trackers and application statuses.
• Assist with document submissions to shipping company clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding outstanding documents.
• Support the coordination of medical examinations, training, visas and other onboarding requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties assigned by the team.
