About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications and customer-facing web solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, database technologies, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing websites with Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity integration.
  • Implement data validation, exception handling, logging, and performance optimizations.
  • Debug and resolve issues across the full application stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  • Deploy and support applications across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability improvements.
  • Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps deployment processes.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • -Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate
  • -Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • -Kafka, REST APIs, Graph APIs, OAuth, Microservices
  • -MSSQL and Oracle databases
  • Experience with:
  • -Complex SQL development, performance tuning, and indexing
  • -Liquibase or Flyway database versioning
  • -Git, GitHub, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
  • -Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
  • -Docker and Kubernetes
  • -Data migration and large-scale data processing


Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java + Spring Boot ecosystem.
  • Experience with Azure services including API Management, Key Vault, Storage, Functions, App Services, Web Apps, and Application Insights.
  • Knowledge of BMAD v6, Dev Agents, Spec-Driven Development, and Agentic Workflows.
  • Experience deploying containerized microservices.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, source control, and automated deployment practices.


Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within Agile teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
