Job Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders in the system and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Coordinate with the sales team to support the order-to-delivery process
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Liaise with courier services and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure proper documentation for delivery
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
