We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Sales & Service Consultant to drive business growth and deliver an elevated client experience. In this role, you will manage relationships with strategic or high-net-worth accounts, handle complex sales negotiations, and serve as a subject matter expert for service resolution. You will serve as a bridge between frontline client needs and organizational strategy, helping mentor junior team members while consistently exceeding sales revenue targets and client retention metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management & High-Value Sales:
• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic, high-value, or enterprise accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive financial/needs assessments to cross-sell and upsell premium products and custom service solutions.
• Drive end-to-end sales processes for complex, high-margin transactions from discovery through closing.
• Escalated Service Resolution & Advisory:
• Serve as the senior point of contact for complex customer inquiries, disputes, and escalated service complaints.
• Analyze root causes of recurring service issues and recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Deliver high-touch, consultative advice tailored to complex client scenarios and business requirements.
• Mentorship & Team Support:
• Coach, mentor, and onboard junior Sales and Service Consultants on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Lead by example in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and revenue benchmarks.
• Step in as acting team lead or supervisor during manager absences or high-volume periods.
• Strategy & Compliance:
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product or service strategy.
• Maintain precise documentation of sales pipelines, forecasts, and service histories within CRM platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal standards, and internal risk mitigation protocols.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
