We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is mainly about running our content and social media, creating organic content yourself, managing offshore designers, and helping the Performance Lead with paid ads.
What You'll Be Doing
Content and social
- Plan and maintain the content calendar across our organic social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.
- Create organic content hands-on, including writing captions and posts, shooting and editing short-form video, and designing simple static posts using tools like Canva and AI tools.
- Step in to produce content yourself whenever there's a tight turnaround or the freelancer isn't available.
- Manage and brief our freelance designer for social media and content, and review the work to make sure it's on brand and on time.
- Manage our organic communities, including replying to comments and messages and spotting what content really resonates.
- Track organic performance such as reach, engagement and follower growth, and report on what is working.
- Keep all content in line with the advertising restrictions that apply to our category.
- Work with the Creative Lead on more complex creative work.
Support for paid ads
- Assist the Performance Lead on paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Feed well-performing organic content into paid campaigns as tested creative.
- Help with basic campaign monitoring and reporting (CPL, CTR, spend), and help keep tracking in order, such as pixels, conversion events and UTMs, with guidance from the Performance Lead and the development team.
- Help research new ad formats and platforms that could improve lead generation.

- Take on other reasonable marketing-related responsibilities based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on content and social media.
- Proven hands-on experience creating organic content yourself, especially short-form video (shooting and editing) and static posts.
- Good writing skills and a sense of what works for social audiences.
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut or similar editing apps, and AI creative tools. Please share a portfolio or samples of content you've created.
- Experience working with freelancers or designers, or comfortable briefing and giving clear feedback.
- Some exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads would be an advantage.
- Comfortable reading campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels and UTMs would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing would be an advantage.
- Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Reporting Structure
You will report to the Performance Lead for day-to-day work direction, with additional guidance from the Marketing Director on strategy and professional development.
