Role Description This full-time Graphic Designer role is based in Cyberjaya with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Graphic Designer will create visual materials for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media assets, and internal communications that support the university’s brand and education initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, refining graphics, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to translate ideas into effective visual communication. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs, preparing files for production, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Ability in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, accessible, and engaging visual communication.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow and enhance brand guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams in an academic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with designing for web and social media platforms; motion graphics or video editing experience is an advantage.
