Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable transportation for employees attending official company matters such as clinic visits, FOMEMA medical examinations, embassy appointments, and government-related matters, as well as delivering and collecting goods, equipment, and documents using the company's car, van or lorry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport employees to and from panel clinics, hospitals, FOMEMA medical examinations, embassies, immigration offices, and other government agencies for official company matters.
• Ensure employees arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
• Deliver and collect company documents, passports, permits, and other important official documents securely.
• Deliver, collect, and transfer goods, materials, equipment, and stock between the office, store, suppliers and customer locations using the company vehicle.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging goods safely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify the quantity and condition of goods before and after delivery.
• Maintain delivery records, delivery orders (DO), receipts, and other transportation-related documents when required.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, and overall vehicle cleanliness before each trip.
• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and kept clean at all times.
• Comply with all traffic regulations, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence Class D & Class E, with a GDL licence for van or lorry driving where applicable.
• At least 1 year of experience as a company driver or dispatch, van driver, or lorry driver is an advantage.
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences.

Competencies

• Proficient in using navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes is an advantage.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Safe and defensive driving skills.
• Physically capable of loading and unloading goods when required.

Other Requirements

• Honest, responsible, and reliable.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to travel outstation if assigned.
• Professional attitude when dealing with employees, customers, suppliers, and government authorities.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary
• Attendance Allowance

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• license GDL (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
