Job Overview

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with IT governance and security guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at the right quality.
• Create project schedules, manage risks, and track progress.
• Work closely with stakeholders and keep them updated on project status.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service levels.
• Prepare business cases, budgets, and funding plans for ICT systems.
• Oversee procurement processes from specifications to contract award.
• Handle change requests and control project costs.
• Ensure all work follows IT governance, quality, and security guidelines.
• Oversee system maintenance and daily operations where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in at least one full project life cycle.
• Experience in Agile, large-budget, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Good team player with excellent communication abilities.
