Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient production. Job Responsibility

• Machine Setup & Calibration: Prepare machinery, adjust settings, and install necessary tools or dies before beginning production runs according to technical schematics.
• Production Operation: Safely feed raw materials into the machinery and manage the controls to maintain a steady, efficient workflow.
• Continuous Monitoring: Watch the equipment during operation to detect errors, unusual noises, or malfunctions, and make immediate adjustments to prevent downtime.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning equipment, lubricating moving parts, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all plant safety regulations, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation.

The Requirement

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or related
• At least 2-3 years related work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment or experience in warehouse, storekeeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks and materials
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ISO Standards and workplace safety regulations is an added advantage

Working Conditions:

• Based at factory/store location
• May be required to assist with overtime or urgent delivery schedules when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
