Responsibilities:
Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the company’s products and components at customer sites.
Provide timely and effective technical support to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and other relevant documentation.
Follow all company health and safety requirements and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
ITC/NTC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Relevant electrical/mechanical repair experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, organised, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
