Role Description:

The Research Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. This position is responsible for planning and executing market research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions in real estate investments and development. Day-to-day tasks include designing research frameworks and questionnaires, conducting primary and secondary research, preparing presentations, and delivering insights to internal stakeholders and clients. The Research Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and presents clear, actionable recommendations to support business objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

· Strong market research capabilities, including experience with primary and secondary research methods and real estate-related studies.

· Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical insights.

·  Proficiency in questionnaire design and survey development to capture reliable and relevant information.

·  Effective presentation skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Experience using research and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, BI tools) is an advantage.

·  Background in real estate, finance, economics, or related fields is preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Real Estate, Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience.
