Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 + quarterly commission/bonus

Working Hour: 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 10am - 7pm)

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- At least 2+ years of experience in affiliate, KOL/Influencer marketing or MCN roles.

- High familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem and trends.

- Strong sense of aesthetics, basic copywriting, and data analysis.

- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Scope:

- Find and recruit new affiliate, influencers across TikTok, IG, and FB.

- Manage a database of creators and maintain good relationships with them.

- Handle negotiations, fees, and contracts.

- Brief influencers on brand requirements and review their content drafts.

- Manage the posting schedule and ensure everything goes live on time.

- Monitor performance and handle any issues during the campaign.

- Track and analyze campaign data (views, engagement, and sales).

- Research viral trends and competitor strategies to improve future results.
