Join Signmastr as an Accounts Executive and take ownership of full-set accounts across a growing group of businesses.

This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end closing, financial reporting, multiple entities and direct coordination with management — ideal for an accounting professional looking to broaden their experience and take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full-Set Accounting

Handle full-set accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounting schedules and month-end closing.

Multi-Entity Accounting

Coordinate accounting records across multiple entities and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly financial reports, accounting schedules and relevant financial information for management review.

Audit & Tax Coordination

Prepare supporting documents and accounting information for auditors, tax agents and external accountants.

Process & Controls

Maintain accurate accounting records and support improvements to internal accounting processes and controls.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience with the ability to handle full-set accounts independently.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with AutoCount accounting software and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Key Attributes

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, accountability and good communication skills.

Added Advantage

Experience handling multiple entities, intercompany transactions, manufacturing or project-based businesses.
