We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Animator to work closely with Animation Leads and the creative team in producing high-quality, story-driven animations that align with the style and pacing of our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong animation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring characters and scenes to life with emotion and personality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Animation Leads and team members to produce polished, engaging animation sequences.
• Apply key animation principles such as timing, weight, and posing to create compelling character performances.
• Interpret and implement feedback from Directors and Leads to meet creative and technical standards.
• Communicate effectively within the team to foster collaboration and productivity.
• Maintain consistent productivity while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in 3D character animation
• Proficient in Maya; knowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Strong storytelling ability with a clear understanding of animation pipelines and rigging setups.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent time management skills.
• Solid understanding of animation principles.
