In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

HCP Onboarding Specialist is responsible to handle administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, debarment and exclusion screening, HCP tiering, Conflict of Interest documentation, and engagement approval routing. Works closely with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding:
    • Initiate HCP/expert profile creation as necessary in Reltio or similar master data management system, confirming all required data fields are complete and accurate
    • Support HCPs through portal onboarding via email and outreach, assisting with registration, profile setup, and troubleshooting
    • Coordinate documentation collection from Experts and review submissions for completeness, following up to resolve any identified gaps
  • Compliance:
    • Perform due diligence activities including Conflict of Interest (COI) reviews (i.e., ensuring timely documentation, expiration tracking, red flag escalation and stakeholder coordination)
    • Determine consent requirements following predefined criteria; confirms if consent is captured and record consent status accordingly
  • Tiering & Escalation:
    • Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) tiering tasks in technology, confirming alignment to defined parameters
    • Escalate issues, exception requests, or anomalies to the appropriate client team members for resolution
    • Inform the team of travel or FMV exception requests to trigger review in the system of record and document outcomes
  • Documentation & Coordination:
    • Document exceptions and maintain thorough records for audit readiness and transparency reporting
    • Collaborate with business owners, compliance, and legal teams to confirm onboarding consistency and issue resolution

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree relevant experience in life sciences, healthcare operations, compliance, or consulting is preferred
  • 1–4 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia/Vietnamese/Thai
  • Familiarity with fair market value tiering, COI management
  • Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/ HCP engagement systems
