• Executing all Accounts Receivable activities comprehensively across all sales channels, encompassing online platforms (Website, TikTok, Shopee) and retail/modern trade outlets (Watsons, Sogo, Sunway Putra Mall) and events.
• Extracting completed Sales Reports and meticulously converting them into Sales Orders within the AutoCount accounting system to ensure proper inventory reservation and tracking.
• Matching platform settlement reports line-by-line.
• Posting sales into the AutoCount system strictly using the Gross Method to ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements.
• Investigating and resolving all financial discrepancies, including missing payouts, unexpected platform fee deductions, or unapproved marketing deductions.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
