Initial Establishment & Compliance:

• Lead the full financial establishment process of the new factory in Malaysia, completing core tasks such as tax registration, accounting system construction, and bank account opening.
• Ensure the company's financial compliance and lay a solid foundation for subsequent operations.

Full-cycle Tax Management:

• Accurately handle declaration, calculation, and payment of various taxes (SST, income tax, etc.) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Research Malaysian tax policies, formulate tax planning plans combined with the characteristics of the electronics industry to reasonably reduce tax costs.
• Liaise with local tax authorities and efficiently handle tax inquiries, audits, and other related work.

Basic Accounting Processing:

• Establish an accounting system in line with Malaysian accounting standards, complete daily voucher entry, cost reconciliation, and account settlement.
• Prepare financial statements on time to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

Audit Collaboration Support:

• Cooperate with internal and external audit institutions to carry out audit work.
• Sort out and provide various financial and tax materials to assist in successful audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Possess ACCA, CPA, CA, or relevant professional qualification.
• At least 3 years' working experience in accounting and taxation (Experience in greenfield setup or manufacturing is a plus).
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written in English.
