Kerja Separuh Masa, Part-Time Customer Service Assistant di Edvox Music School East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

-Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
-Perform general administrative duties.
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Requirements

-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work 3 days a week including both weekends; Duration : 6 to 9.5 hrs
-Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekends )

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
