Full Time Account Executive (Central - Project Sites) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing and rollout of the new accounting system, including user training and support.

• Prepare system documentation, process updates and user guidance.

• Assist in customizing financial reports to meet HQ, statutory, GST and tax reporting requirements.

• Support finance system enhancement projects, including banking integrations and InvoiceNow.

• Coordinate with vendors, IT and users to resolve system issues.

• Process invoices, payments, petty cash and staff claims accurately and on time.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.

• Support annual audits, GST and tax filing activities.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.

• Knowledge of GST and basic financial reporting.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently under deadlines.
