Tanggungjawab

He is responsible of operates and maintains air-conditioning equipment in the Hotel.

  • Conducts preventive maintenance i.e. oiling, greasing of motor/bearings of fan coil units (FCU’s) air handling units (AHU). Replacement of defective fan belts and bearings, the alignments of pulleys/blowers/motors.
  • Maintains and replaces all worn out/defective AHU/FCU motors.
  • Maintains and adjusts all AHU belts and keeps a Daily Log Sheet on the condition of the AHU’s/FCU’s.
  • Prepares cost estimates for labour and materials on air-conditioning projects.
