What You'll Be Doing
Prospect and engage SME business owners through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across industries including F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, Professional Services and more.
Understand customers' business operations and recommend suitable payment and POS solutions.
Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups.
Update prospecting activities accurately in the CRM system.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support outbound campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telemarketing or B2B Sales.
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
Self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM is advantageous.
