 Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in key account management is an added advantage.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven with the ability to manage targets, timelines, and priorities.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • IT literate and able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to conduct regular outlet visits and travel outstation.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license

Tanggungjawab

 Job Responsibilities :
  • Drive sales growth within major pharmacy chains and achieve monthly and annual in-market sales targets.
  • Manage assigned key accounts and participate in joint business planning with distributors and key retailers.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize sales and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with distributors, buyers, marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage and monitor trade promotion spending to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, including trading terms negotiations, product training, pricing, and promotion effectiveness analysis with distributors and key accounts.
  • Provide timely and actionable market feedback, including competitor insights and industry trends.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
