Babel Fit is looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Membership Consultant to represent our premium fitness and wellness brand. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential members, guiding them through personalized consultations, facility tours, and onboarding to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: Drive sales by converting inquiries into active club memberships through active prospecting, phone outreach, and face-to-face consultations.
• Member Onboarding: Lead prospective members on tailored club tours, showcasing state-of-the-art facilities, group classes, and personal training options.
• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with current and prospective members to foster long-term loyalty and generate high-value referrals.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analyses to recommend suitable membership tiers, wellness packages, and personal training options.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed candidate and lead interaction records in the CRM database to maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high service standards aligned with Babel Fit’s luxury fitness brand image.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, consultative customer service, or hospitality (experience in wellness/fitness is a plus).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Mindset: Target-driven with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Passions: Genuine interest in health, fitness, and lifestyle wellness.
• Soft Skills: Active listener, persuasive presenter, and a strong team player.

Compensation & Perks
