About the Roles

Join a geotechnical construction company as a Quantity Surveyor based in Bukit Batok. This is a permanent, 5-day position from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm, offering a basic salary of up to $5,000 plus Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals according to project requirements.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and relevant project information before submission.
• Compile and organise supporting documents for tenders and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties to obtain costing and supporting information.
• Follow up with clients and relevant stakeholders on submitted quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Participate in contract discussions and negotiations covering pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements.
• Review contract terms and ensure agreed commercial conditions are properly documented.
• Prepare and submit progress claims according to completed works and project milestones.
• Prepare tax invoices and related supporting documents for billing.
• Follow up with clients on progress claims, invoices, and payment status.
• Support project and management teams on commercial and contractual matters for ongoing projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of local construction practices and commercial processes.
• Background in geotechnical is advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
