Job Responsibilities
Provide professional and personalised customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable fashion products.
Promote products, collections, and ongoing promotions while working towards individual and store sales targets.
Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, including product enquiries, fitting, purchasing, and after-sales service.
Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.
Support daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, inventory handling, cashiering, and other assigned duties.
Job Requirements
Interest in fashion retail, sales, and providing a positive customer experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
Responsible, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
