Job description

• Review PO details, generate SOs, issue order confirmations, and monitor open orders to ensure timely processing.
• Liaise with Sales and Planning teams to confirm CRD, track changes to order schedules, and coordinate order amendments and urgent requests with relevant departments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing regular updates on order progress.
• Work with relevant departments to investigate and resolve complaints, following up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
• Handle and process customer sample requests, coordinate sample preparation, track and update customers on status, and maintain records of samples dispatched.
• Follow up with customers on payment status as needed.
• Carry out other business development-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/STPM/SPM with relevant experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
