Web Platforms. System Integration. Automated Workflows.
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Full Stack Developer to manage and maintain our web platforms, internal systems and automated data pipelines.
This role handles a mix of legacy systems and modern web applications, with a day-to-day focus on backend logic, database stability and third-party integrations. You will maintain our internal operations portal built with PHP & MySQL, take ownership of codebases and features developed by external vendors, and support modern web applications built with Next.js & TypeScript.
You will also build and maintain automated workflows that connect our online sales channels to our central Order Management System (OMS).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Web Platforms & Affiliate System (AFC Portal)
- Maintain and improve our e-commerce storefront, affiliate portal and admin dashboard built with Next.js 15 (App Router), React and TypeScript.
- Manage and verify the Affiliate Commission Engine, including campaign rate setups, e-wallet balances, commission splits and payout reconciliation.
- Ensure database integrity, run schema migrations and manage transaction logic using Prisma ORM and MySQL (Percona).
Internal Management Systems (PHP & MySQL)
- Maintain and update existing internal web tools, including UI and backend logic, running on PHP (Laravel / Native PHP) and MySQL for day-to-day operational use.
- Optimise database queries to support fast order retrieval for the Fulfilment team, accurate sales data for Finance and commission calculations for staff.
Third-Party Integrations & APIs
- Maintain payment and payout integrations with CHIP In Asia, including FPX collections and automated bank transfers via CHIP Send.
- Manage identity verification flows, including KYC document uploads paired with Google Cloud Vision OCR.
- Handle automated WhatsApp OTP messaging through Vocotext and file uploads to Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
- Maintain webhook connections and API data synchronisation across marketplaces, social commerce channels and internal systems.
Automation & Data Workflows
- Build and maintain workflows using visual automation platforms, custom scripts (Node.js / PHP), cron jobs and webhooks to pass order data directly into our OMS.
- Troubleshoot synchronisation issues between payment status, order stages, fulfilment updates and reports.
Vendor Handover & Code Review
- Review code and technical setups delivered by external vendors before release.
- Take full ownership of outsourced modules after handover, including ongoing maintenance, bug fixes and future improvements in-house.
Deployment & Server Operations
- Manage application deployments and server health on GCP Compute Engine (Linux/Ubuntu).
- Configure and maintain Nginx, including reverse proxy and SSL, and PM2 cluster processes to ensure high uptime.
- Handle code versioning and basic deployment flows using Git and GitLab CI/CD.
- Debug technical issues across the stack, from frontend display bugs to API payload and database errors.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Full Stack or Backend Development.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML and CSS. Knowledge of Vue.js is a plus.
- Solid background in Node.js (Server Actions / Route Handlers) and PHP (Laravel / Native PHP).
