Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these objectives. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis is recommended.

Drive the identification and documentation of business needs and process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with technology solutions.

Support the development and validation of business cases and project requirements to facilitate informed decision-making.

Provide insightful analysis to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions that support project goals.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices within the team to elevate overall delivery quality.
