Job Scope

Operate assigned machines and equipment according to established procedures.

Monitor the operation to ensure work is completed smoothly.

Check products regularly during the process.

Conduct simple visual inspections and identify irregularities.

Assist with automated inspection activities when required.

Inform the supervisor of equipment problems or product abnormalities.

Record relevant work and production information accurately.

Follow workplace safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Use the required protective equipment and work attire.

Maintain a neat and organised working area.

Assist the team in meeting daily operational targets.

Participate in workplace improvement activities.

Perform other duties related to the position when required.

Requirements

SPM or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in factory operations or machine handling is preferred.

Experience in product checking or assembly is an advantage.

Able to communicate in basic English.

Comfortable working in a controlled environment.

Physically able to remain standing for extended periods.

Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Good work discipline and able to follow instructions.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
