This is a full-time and part time, on-site English Teacher role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The English Teacher will plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging English lessons for learners of various ages and proficiency levels, following Berlitz teaching methodologies and curricula. Responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, facilitating interactive classroom activities, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning goals. The role also involves conducting placement tests, maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with colleagues and academic staff to enhance program quality, and participating in professional development activities and center events as required.


Qualifications


• Strong English language proficiency, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and the ability to explain language concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated classroom teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and the ability to engage learners of diverse ages and backgrounds.

• Experience using learner-centered, interactive teaching methods and educational technology (e.g., digital resources, online platforms, multimedia tools).

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, colleagues, and administrative staff.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on class schedules and learner needs.
