Kerja Food - Beverage Internship di Trove Johor Bahru Johor - Maukerja

• Assist in the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants and banquet functions.
• Assist in providing friendly and professional service to guests.
• Assist with table setup, mise en place and restaurant preparation.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests according to hotel standards.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and clearing of tables.
• Support banquet operations including meetings, events, weddings and corporate functions.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist in maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and enquiries professionally.
• Assist with stock checking and proper handling of F&B equipment and supplies.
• Work closely with team members and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and well-groomed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Applicants must be able to complete the required internship period.
