Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Affiliate & KOL Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through TikTok Affiliate, KOL, KOC, and creator partnerships. You will identify, recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate creators while optimizing campaign performance to achieve GMV and business targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creator engagement, social commerce, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates, KOCs, KOLs, and content creators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to drive long-term collaboration.
• Identify high-performing creators and develop growth strategies to maximize sales contribution.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely campaign execution.

Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and GMV growth.
• Collaborate with creators on campaign briefings, content planning, and promotional activities.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are executed according to timeline and objectives.

Performance & Analytics

• Track affiliate campaign performance and monitor key metrics including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, and engagement rate.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.

E-Commerce Growth

• Support TikTok Shop growth initiatives through affiliate and creator marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve affiliate recruitment, creator productivity, and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/KOC Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, or TikTok Shop operations.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Platform and social commerce campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with GMV, affiliate marketing metrics, and e-commerce KPIs.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Consumer Brands is an added advantage.
