Our client is a Malaysia-based pharmaceutical manufacturing company specializing in the production of healthcare and pharmaceutical-related products. The company is committed to maintaining high standards in product quality, GMP compliance and Halal requirements, and is seeking a Production Executive to support its growing manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate weekly/monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor daily production activities, workflow and output to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Store and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor machine performance and assist with minor troubleshooting when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime and waste.
• Maintain accurate production, machine usage and attendance records.
• Ensure production activities comply with SOP, GMP and Halal requirements.
• Work closely with QA/QC to ensure finished products meet required quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections and follow up on corrective actions when required.
• Report and assist in investigating workplace incidents.
• Communicate production updates, issues and requirements between the production floor and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and Halal requirements is required.
• Good organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen is an advantage.
• Able to analyze production data and prepare reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
