Role Description The Assistant Outlet Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet. This position oversees staff scheduling, supervises service standards during operating hours, and ensures guests receive consistent, high-quality service. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with ordering to maintain stock and control costs. The Assistant Outlet Manager handles guest feedback, supports training and performance coaching of team members, and collaborates with senior management to implement promotional activities, uphold brand standards, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- People Management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and support for staff development.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Experience with Inventory Management, including stock control, ordering, and cost awareness.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations, preferably in an outlet or restaurant leadership role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Greater Kuala Lumpur are beneficial.
