Description:
- Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
- Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the direction of senior specialists.
- Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence, and supporting documentation of findings.
- Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
- Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
- Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field .
2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations .
Familiarity with cGMP and change management systems is considered a plus .
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential for the role
