Telemarketer (5.5 Days Work Week)

Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Jurong East), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturdays (WFH), 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Engage Warm Leads – Contact customers who have expressed interest in our services.

• Schedule & Manage Appointments – Coordinate, confirm, and reschedule bookings to suit customer preferences.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service – Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.

• Maintain Accurate Records – Ensure call logs, appointment data, and customer notes are well-organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or similar industry preferred.

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette — clear, confident, and personable.

• Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and achieve set targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer databases.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.

• Proven record of strong appointment conversion and customer engagement.
