About The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Specialist to join One People Team (OPT) on a 6-month contract, supporting our work across selected client accounts.
This is a 70% Recruitment, 30% HR Business Partnering role for someone who enjoys finding great people, working closely with business leaders, and getting involved in broader people priorities beyond hiring.
You’ll manage recruitment independently across different roles and industries while
partnering with the OPT team and our clients on practical HR and people matters.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts, functions, and levels, from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, networking, and other relevant channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the business need, sharpen role requirements, assess candidates, and keep hiring moving.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience and support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where needed.
- Track hiring progress, market feedback, and recruitment insights to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and effectiveness.
HR Business Partnering
- Support selected client accounts on day-to-day people matters including onboarding, employee experience, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Work with managers to understand people challenges and translate them into practical actions and solutions.
- Support broader people initiatives such as talent reviews, employee development, engagement activities, and HR process improvements.
- Use data, digital tools, and AI to make recruitment and people processes faster, smarter, and more effective.
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or related people roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently, including active sourcing and candidate assessment.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and engaging stakeholders across different levels and businesses.
- Some exposure to HRBP or broader HR areas such as performance, employee engagement, talent management, or employee relations.
- Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities and client accounts in a fast-moving environment.
