Job Description

• Support the Student Management Team in handling student discipline matters.
• Manage, record and monitor student late-coming, detention and suspension.
• Conduct patrols within and around the school during and after school hours.
• Support the investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents.
• Provide guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases.
• Maintain and update disciplinary records and incident reports.
• Manage the confiscation and return of students’ handphones/Personal Learning Devices (PLDs).
• Assist with student supervision and crowd management during assemblies, recess, dismissal and school events.
• Provide administrative and operational support for school events as required.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with students/teenagers, preferablyin discipline management.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage students and liaise with parents/guardians and teachers on discipline matters.
• Patient, empathetic and approachable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative tasks.
