Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper cash handling and financial reporting procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail, F&B, or customer service management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Sales-oriented with strong customer service skills.
