Job Description
- Develop relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to introduce and specify engineering products, software, and services
- Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and training sessions for customers and industry professionals
- Secure product specifications and approvals on targeted projects
- Support the sales team in converting project specifications into business opportunities
- Manage and track project activities and specifications through CRM systems
- Provide technical advice and engineering support to customers and internal teams
- Promote the use of software tools, digital resources, and technical services
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Support marketing and product initiatives, including product launches and campaigns
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years of engineering design experience, preferably in structural or architectural disciplines; or 3-4 years of technical sales/business development experience within the engineering or construction industry
- Experience working with structural consultants, engineers, or architects is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
