Our Clinic is seeking a dedicated and organised Clinic Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your contribution will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting clients upon arrival and maintaining a welcoming manner
• Handling client inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and empathy
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records for client transactions
• Supporting administrative tasks including filing, documentation and record keeping
• Providing information to clients about available treatments, services and practitioners
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a clinic, healthcare facility or customer service environment an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and general computer applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and financial transactions

• 6.30pm-9pm (Monday-Wednesday)
• 8.30am-12.30pm (Saturday)

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
