Job Description

• Be the trusted first point of contact for clients — building relationships that make every interaction feel genuinely valued and professionally handled
• Develop strong client management skills by coordinating enquiries, bookings, and service requests with accuracy and care at all times
• Build your relationship management expertise through consistent client follow-ups, check-ins, and proactive communication strategies
• Gain hands-on experience preparing client proposals, performance reports, and presentations that support ongoing business engagement
• Develop problem-solving and service recovery skills by addressing client concerns swiftly and effectively before they escalate
