About the Role

The Product Specialist drives the adoption and sales performance of assigned medical products within designated territories for DKSH's Healthcare business. This role contributes to overall business growth by promoting products through scientific detailing, engaging meaningfully with healthcare professionals, and consistently delivering against sales targets across assigned healthcare channels.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive adoption of assigned medical products within designated territories through product promotion, scientific detailing, and the organization of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes for healthcare professionals
• Develop and present territory sales plans based on market insights and marketing direction, identifying opportunities and challenges, and ensuring timely execution of agreed sales activities
• Track sales plan execution against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly review sales activities with the immediate superior as required
• Conduct customer calls and visits to provide product updates, collect orders, support product enlistment in clinics and hospitals, and communicate product features and customer benefits in line with marketing strategies
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and share relevant insights with marketing and sales leadership to support informed decision-making
• Submit accurate sales forecasts in a timely manner in accordance with reporting requirements set by the immediate superior
• Maintain and update relevant customer information in the customer master list, identifying customer potential and ensuring consistent data accuracy
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, sales planning, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance
• Maintain a customer complaint and issue log, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution for every case
• Respond promptly to customer orders and enquiries, proactively informing current and prospective customers of promotions, new products, and product upgrades
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product or system delivery and installation, and support relationship development with key customers

What You Bring

• Degree in any field
• Willingness and ability to travel across assigned territories; possession of own transport is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare stakeholders effectively
