Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
- Familiar with job portals and social media recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Tanggungjawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
