JOB SUMMARY

The university is strengthening its academic core through the targeted appointment of professors as capability anchors across Business, Education, Technology & Engineering, and Digital disciplines. This forms part of the university’s broader academic transformation and growth agenda.

These appointments are intended to build institutional capability at scale, with a clear focus on:

  • Postgraduate (Masters & PhD) pipeline growth
  • Research capability and externally funded grants
  • Academic leadership and team development
  • Industry-linked programmes and applied outcomes

The university is looking for established academic leaders who can build, lead, and deliver measurable impact aligned to institutional priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • PhD or equivalent professional qualification in a related discipline.
  • Strong track record of research publications in reputable journals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to academic leadership and team development.
  • Added advantage for knowledge of Malaysian higher education regulatory frameworks (MQA, MOHE) and international education standards.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
